Refund Policy

At TSD Hair, we uphold an exceptional standard of quality assurance. All our hair undergoes meticulous preparation and professional packaging at our facility. Each strand goes through a stringent process to ensure that you receive the utmost quality product. Prior to shipping, all hair orders undergo thorough inspection as our paramount focus is to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Periodically, TSD Hair, at its sole discretion, may consider the return of product(s) or portions thereof, excluding Wigs, Hair Care Products, Bulk Hair,  under specific conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When purchasing TSD Hair you must be over 18 years of age and posses a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to US. TSD Hair retain the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are a authorize user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to change.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the large volume of orders, additional processing time may occur on standard ground orders.

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force for which we will not be responsible.

Please note that any color besides natural brown 1b will take an additional 4 days to ship.

Free shipping does not include signature.

Currently, TSD Hair ships US only.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. 

Once your order has been placed and is being processed, you should decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

By completing your order at check out, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale.
